Syllabub in Jane Austen’s England

There are many recipes for Syllabub, but the one I’m sharing today is from Max Miller’s witty You Tube Channel (Tasting History) and he makes this decadent summer confection from Hannah Glasse’s 18th Century, The Art of Cookery Made Plain and Easy. Far be it from me to bore you further, enjoy his delightful video and check out some of the others. He puts a lot of work into them and they are informative and makes you want to whisk up a storm in the kitchen.
